Hâvyr Starseeker is a Theyn of the Leagues of Votann.[1]
Part of the Farsail of Thryk Kindred of the Trans-Hyperian Alliance, Hâvyr Starseeker commands the Hernkyn Yaegir force dubbed Need's Gaârd. He is a vastly experienced warrior with an unusual amount of service within the Yaegirs, renown for his experience, wisdom, and exploits.[1]
