Hagar Freelord
Hagar Freelord is the master of the Mercator Umbrus on Necromunda, a criminal counterpart to the Mercator Gelt.[1]
Biography
He was once the ruler of Port Mad Dog. He was exiled from the Merchant Guild by his own children during the Night of Bullets. As Ash Wastes Nomad tribes attacked, his two sons and three daughters conspired to send him and his loyal followers into the wastes. Upon returning, Hagar found himself framed for the raid and accused of failing to pay the Imperial House.[1]
Cast out, Hagar has since sought revenge and his former position. He formed the Mercator Umbrus, dealing in the underhive's illicit economies. This exile has made him leaner, meaner, and a deadly shot with plasma pistols. His followers, benefiting from his wealth and connections, are well-armed and equipped beyond typical outcast standards.[1]
