Hekrun is a world that was once held by the Phenaem Xenos species, during the Great Crusade.[1]
History
When they held the world, the Phenaem built tunnel structures upon it that contained hydrogen-rich vents. This was later exploited by the 3rd Saturnyne Rams Regiment when they invaded the world, during the Great Crusade. By using their Volkite weaponry, the Rams were able to ignite the vents and the resulting explosions not only destroyed the tunnels, but also killed the Phenaem who were within the structures.[1]
