House Forrost is a Knight House of the Imperium.[1]
The Dreadblade Damas Ghoryl was once amongst its Knights and she held the titles of the Thrall-flayer of D'anesh and Mistress of the Noctilucent Fyrd. However, this ended when Ghoryl was declared a traitor for murdering two of her High King's heirs, whom she claimed were worthless fops. By killing them, Ghoryl had hoped to rid Forrost of the decadent inertia she felt was impacting the House. Her assertions did not dissuade House Forrost from sending its forces after Ghoryl, but she escaped due to the sacrifice of many of her loyal Bondsmen.[1]
