House Mordred is a Knight House which sided with Warmaster Horus during the Heresy.

Overview
Their treachery was blamed upon its fierce loyalty to the Forge World Incaladion and the Legio Fureans that served it. When Incaladion was corrupted by the Dark Mechanicus during the Heresy, House Mordred stuck by the Forge World's rulers and joined the traitorous Warmaster's forces.[1]
The warfare practiced by House Moredred was methodical and brutal, marching in the shadow of Titans to eradicate anything that survived in their wake. They believed mercy was a unfathomable concept and in battle they saw little distinction between enemy fighters and civilians. Their uncompromising reputation made them indispensible in the opening years of the Heresy, for they showed no hesitation turning on their former brothers. They mostly committed themselves alongside the Fureans during the Heresy, battling on Paramar V and Beta-Garmon. Their remaining forces were put under Horus' command and slaughtered in dozens of warzones.[3]
Known Members
- Agvain — Pilot of the Knight Warden Glatisant. A seasoned veteran of 30 years, he fought across Ultramar during the Heresy. A believer of ancient rituals of his home world, Agvain refused to send his banner into battle before observing the length rites of his House's religion to the Omnissiah. None who showed disrespect to his faith were shown mercy, and he was eventually made House Seneschal when Mordred invaded Espandor.[3]
