Inversion Beamer^[1]

The Inversion Beamer was a type of weapon wielded by Space Marine Saturnine Dreadnoughts during the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy era.^[1]

The weapon was a variant of the Conversion Beam technology found on some other Legion vehicles. A extremely rare weapon for a design already renowned for its rarity, the Inversion Beamer was notoriously difficult to produce, maintain, and use. Consuming large amounts of power to function, they nonetheless were deadly at close range and able to destroy even fully armoured Terminators in a single concentrated salvo.^[2]
