Menem-Ba
Menem-Ba is a self-proclaimed businessman, and known criminal lord, residing on the hive world of Alecto.[1b]
Overview
Menem-Ba has the appearance of a burly and well-dressed man. He has a higher voice than one would expect of a man as bulky as him, but not so high as being womanish.[1b]
Menem-Ba is knowledgeable on servitors, so much so that rumours have spread that he was once one himself. Nearly all who spread these rumours don't actually believe it, and the truth is apparent, but it does make for a provocative story.[1a] He is also knowledgeable about the illicit human trafficking operations on the planet, as well as the tech-heresy being perpetrated for profits within the Steelmound's servitor manufactories.[1b]
Menem-Ba operates an expansive den of delights that bears his namesake. Menem-Ba's is a house of pleasure established within an incomplete Imperial starship beached along the Alectian seaside coast. The venue only takes up a small amount of the frigate, but it is more than enough room for several levels of entertainment for all levels of social strata, whether they be a menial looking for a couple hours of adrenaline or the ruling class of Alecto burning through their excess slates. Menem-Ba's has several Joy-Houses, casinos, restaurants, and more all to sake the debauched appetites of the heathens who frequent it.[1b]
