The Migraines are a group of five Wyrdvane Psykers of the Midgardia 144th regiment, who are attached to the Company of Commander Gerundad J. Graegor. Like all of the 144th, they have sworn to take revenge against the Thousand Sons for Midgardia's destruction during the Siege of the Fenris System.^[1]

• The Migraines were created by the Games Workshop employee Phil Kelly and were featured in a Warhammer Community article.^[1]
