Mk13 Battering Ram
Mk13 Battering Rams are huge Space Marine Terminator rams, that can be used to punch through obstacles or as unwieldy, but effective weapons.[1b]
Description
When its fire button is pressed, the Mk13's explosively-propelled steel piston is propelled forwards and high speeds. When the piston connects with an object, it can deliver a blow that will go through Sheet Steel and tear down doors and bulkheads. When used as a weapon, the close ranged Mk13 is incredibly effective and can turn flesh into pulp. However because the weighty ram is linked to a Terminator's Power Armour via a massive Recoil Absorber, its wielder's pace and maneuverability is greatly diminished. It is one of several esoteric creations[1a] of the Darting Blades Chapter's Chief Armourer[1b] Queue.[1b][1c] Though they are still used by Space Marines, Queue's creations are considered to be obsolete, due to the Imperium having access to more efficient and modern designs.[1a]
