Mortis, Tyranus of Olympa - The Siege Knight is a Dreadblade Knight Despoiler, who serves the Iron Warriors' 5th Grand Company.^[1]

History

When the 5th Grand Company go to battle, Mortis will create breaches in their enemies' fortifications, for the Iron Warriors to surge into. His armaments include three Chaos Hellcannons, a Reaper Chainsword and a giant censer that the Dreadblade wields as a melee weapon. The Knight Despoiler's left shoulder pad contains a list of the campaigns Mortis has fought in and he also adorns his Knight with trophies taken from the foes he has defeated. The Dreadblade also has a banner hanging from his Knight's waist, which says Vixi. This roughly translates into "I have lived".^[1]

• Mortis was created by the hobbyist Jamie Farquhar. His 5th Grand Company Iron Warriors were featured in White Dwarf 523 and the Battle Reports for White Dwarf 487 and White Dwarf 488.^[1]
