Mycelite
Mycelite was a Death Guard Sorcerer.[1a]
Mycelite's true name and history are not known, having chosen his present name in the Garden of Nurgle after living there for a long period. While in the Garden, he claims to have stood at the feet of the caged Isha and listened to her weeping.[1b]
Mycelite eventually comandeered the former Space Wolf vessel Frostaxe, which became the core of the Space Hulk Festerax. He intended to use the Hulk to reap a campaign of destruction, culminating at the Hive World of Kefa Primaris.[1a] To that end, he used Baldr, a captured Space Wolves Psyker and member of Járnhamar Pack, in a bid to slave his psyche to the Frostaxe and use it to control the wider Hulk.[1c] However, due to the intervention of the rest of Járnhamar Pack and Njal Stormcaller, Baldr was able to break free and use his immense psychic power to destroy Mycelite.[1d]
