Narbo
Governor Narbo was the Imperial Commander of Sepus Prime in the Western Reaches of Segmentum Pacificus. He fell to Chaos, led an insurrection against the Imperium, and during this war turned into a Chaos Spawn, which was killed by Sanctioned Psyker Glutt.[1]

History
Narbo was planetary governor of Sepus Prime. He turned to Chaos and united the warring factions of insurrectionists into an army by executing anyone who opposed him. Despite attempts to stop him by the Imperial Guard, his insurrectionist army took the planet, but his inner circle was infiltrated by Gorny, his personal pilot, who was planted by Lieutenant Sorov. When the Imperial Guard attempted a final push to take the civitate, Narbo's insurrectionists pinned down the force led by Sergeant Kapek at Tadmor Ridge.[1]
Narbo set off in his personal Aquila Lander shuttle to deal with Kapek's troops, but Gorny sent co-ordinates of his flight route to Sorov. Sorov moved his unit into position, and used a Rocket Launcher to down the shuttle. Narbo survived, but transformed into a Chaos Spawn. After killing several of Sorov's troops, the Spawn was killed by Sanctioned Psyker Glutt, shortly before the entire planet was destroyed by Virus Bombs.[1]

Notes
- Narbo was wearing a uniform when his Aquila Lander was destroyed. Despite being badly burned, it was said that "there were enough scraps left to reveal that he was a high-ranking officer". It is not stated whether this was Imperial Guard or another organisation.[1]
