Nerus was a former Captain of the Ultramarines Chapter's 5th Company.^[1b]

History

Under his command, the 5th was among the Ultramarines' forces^[1b] that were initially sent to aid in Ameton Epsilon IV's defense, from a Tyranid invasion in 853.M41. Captain Maximus Epathus served as the overall leader for the Chapter,^[1a] but more reinforcements from the Ultramarines had to be sent^[1c] before the Tyranids were defeated.^[1d]

• Nerus and Ameton Epsilon IV were created by the staff of Games Workshop's France division. They were featured on an older version of the company's France website.^[1b]
