Phantasmancy

Phantasmancy is an Eldar psychic discipline based around Illusion, shadows, manipulation of the mind, and utilization of the Webway. It is utilized by Harlequin Shadowseers.[1]
Abilities
- Twilight Pathways - Eerie half-lit tunnels blink into existence, allowing for opportune new pathways for attack or movement.[1]
- Fog of Dreams - The Shadowseer send their consciousness forth, like a creeping mist, baffling the sense of the enemy.[1]
- Mirror of Minds - A maddening clash of wills consumes the victim's mind as reality falls away.[1]
- Veil of Tears - The Shadowseer sketches a gesture in the air and snatches the images of the Harlequins from the minds of their foes, hiding them from sight.[1]
- Shards of Light - Blades of polychrome energy dazzle the foe, inflicting terrifying and disorienting psychosomatic wounds.[1]
- Webway Dance - The veils between realspace and the Webway grows thin in an aura, allowing Harlequins to move quickly, disappearing and reappearing.[1]
