Phenex was a Techmarine of the Blood Angels Chapter.[1]
He accompanied Chief Librarian Mephiston's boarding party when they attempted to purge the corrupted shade of the Eclipse of Hope.[1]
He was killed by Lhessek during the battle against the Blood Disciples on Phlegethon.[2]
