Port Tavarr is a sub-realm within Commorragh.[1a]
A violent and treacherous city, it is constantly on the brink of civil war. Full-blown conflict seemed likely after the death of its ruler, Fahrrul, in M41. Rival Archons such as Dhaemira Thraex and Cistrial Virn began to vie for power. However Dhaemira concoted a plan to unite the city's disparate Kabals, Wych Cults, and Haemonculi Covens under her banner by luring in Orks under Ufthak Blackhawk.[1a] However the Orks proved too cunning for Dhaemira, and they devastated large parts of the city.[1b] Dhaemira eventually succeeded in convincing Blackhawk to leave through the Webway, and her and Cistrial were able to reconcile their differences and agree to rule over the shattered city.[1c]
