Proclamations of the Ultramarian Reclamation are signed and sealed copies of Lord Commander Roboute Guilliman's Proclamation of the Ultramarian Reclamation.[1]
Description
It is his demand that the forces of the Reclamation increase the size of Ultramar at any cost. All of the Reclamation's plenipotentiaries carry the Proclamation within gilded scroll cases as they seek to carry out Guilliman's will. The documents reinforce their entreaties with his voice to any world the plenipotentiaries ask to join Ultramar. Most who read the Proclamations and gaze upon the Lord Commander's personal seal upon the documents are compelled to peacefully do so.[1]
