Promulgatia is a Quarantined World located in the Formosa Sector.[1]
It was once the Formosa Sector's foremost Cardinal World. The Sector has produced a high number of psykers capable of predicting the future; Promulgatia's libraries once contained thousands of years worth of recorded prophesies by the so-called Formosan Seers. However, following the War of Threnodies, the Grey Knights quarantined Promulgatia's entire system for reasons unknown to almost all.[1]
