Reality Engine
The Reality Engine is an ancient Eldar device.[1a]
It is located deep in a hidden area of the Webway dubbed the Tower of Heaven that could only be accessed through a portal dubbed the Gate of the Ancients.[1a] Dating back to the ancient Eldar Empire, the engine is capable of manifesting ones demands into physical form while within the realm of the Webway, which is more malleable than the Materium. It is also capable of summoning the souls of dead Eldar into slave warriors to fight for the user.[1c]
Upon discovering that the Gate of the Ancients could be accessed by the Fist of Demetrius, the Dark Eldar Lord Ashterioth intended to acquire the Reality Engine and use it to rule Commorragh.[1a] However, in the end he was slain by a strike force led by Lord Solar Macharius and Space Wolves under Logan Grimnar.[1b]
