Scroll of Proclamation

Scrolls of Proclamation are vellum scrolls, that contain finely scribed words taken from the Ultramarines Primarch Guilliman's Consilias Imperitus Ultimar.[1]
Description
They are a constant source of inspiration for the Reclamation Force Ultramarines and Shield Chapters of Ultramar Space Marines, who carry them in armoured scroll cases. This drives the Reclamation Forces ever onward to fulfill Guilliman's will, as they wage the Ultramarian Reclamation to increase the size of Ultramar.[1]
