Serpent's Tail

The Serpent's Tail is an ornate relic Harlequin's Kiss, whose monofilament wire is wound incredibly tight.[1]
Description
When the relic pierces a target's body, this wire will flail around as if it has a life of its own. This not only tears the victim's body to bloody pieces, but the wire will also lacerate anyone that is near them. However, this horrific dismemberment - and the subsequent look of horror on the faces of the victim's comrades - will bring great amusement to the Harlequin wielding the Serpent's Tail. They will then let loose mocking laughter, that will be heard echoing across the battlefield.[1]
