Serperoth
From Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum
Serperoth[2]
Serperoth, the Mountain of Fire, was a Salamanders[1] Saturnine Siege Dreadnought, who took part in the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy.[2]
A survivor of the Dropsite Massacre, Serperoth took its name in the wake of that disastrous battle. By doing so, the Dreadnought erased its pilot's past legacy and forged a new one, avenging the Salamanders' shattering by the Traitors.[2] Serperoth would then serve in the Legion's Battlegroup Revenant.[1]
Trivia
- Journal Tactica: The Forges of Saturn spells the Dreadnought's name as Serperoth,[1] while the Warhammer Community article spells it as Seperoth.[2]
