Web-Runners are small skiffs employed by the White Seers and other agents of the Black Library of Chaos to navigate the Webway.[1]
With a White Seer's direction (as they can look upon the Warp itself), a web-runner can employ their crystalline Ghost Engines to generate a bubble of Reality in front of the craft which dissipates as it moves, and navigate the vessel in and out of the Webway through the raw Warp.[1]
