Born on the world of Holscht, '''Folkert''' presented himself to the [[Chaplain]]s of the [[Black Templars]] bearing his fathers sword and declared himself ready for any trial awaiting him.
Chaplain Burkarys determined that Folkert's warrior spirit was indeed strong and possessed the ruthless edge required of the Black Templars. After the trails presented, Folkert was allowed to become a Neophyte. During his trails Folkert showed great bravery which was honoured by the [[Chapter]]'s artificers who took his fathers sword and crafted it into a powersword.
The weapon was presented to Folkert upon his elevation to the rank of [[Initiates|Initiate]].
One day Folkert would become [[Castellan]] with the Black Templars.
