==Pasanius's Lost Right Arm==
When 4th Company ventured to the planet [[Pavonis]] in order to quell the civil uprisings there, they found more than expected. [[Dark Eldar]] raiders were working in league with a cartel member, Kasamir de Valtos, to summon a [[C'tan|C'Tan]], the [[Nightbringer]], and its ship. When the company was fighting the C'Tan, Pasanius lost his right arm to the C'Tan's blade. He received a bionic arm replacement, but it felt unusually cold to the touch, and looked like gleaming silver.<sup>1</sup> It waseventually was eventually discovered that his bionic arm was made of the [[living metal]] of the [[necrontyr]], which meant it had the ability to heal itself, given time.
Pasanius kept this regenerative ability a secret, fearing the consequences should it be discovered he had such an unnatural power. Disgusted with himself and interpreting the bionic arm as a sign of moral corruption, Pasanius regularly scourged himself in an attempt to do penance.
