The planet had been overcome by cultists of [[TzeenchTzeentch]] and Ghargatuloth made his appearance there.
Ordinarily, an [[Exterminatus]] order would be used in a case of infestation so severe, but due to the special threat posed by Ghargatuloth it was necessary to assault the planet directly to confirm the demon's destruction.
