The '''Multi-laser''' is a variant of [[Lasgun]] technology. It boasts a high rate of fire with a good range and decent killing ability. Like its closer compatriot, the [[Lascannon]], it uses huge, box-like power cells which cannot be recharged and must simply be thrown away after use.
They are mounted primarily on[[Chimera]]s and [[Sentinel]]s. They are especially effective against horde armies with poor armour, such as [[Orks]] and other Imperial Guard forces and against low-armoured vehicles.
While the standard Lascannon is a semi-automatic weapon (one squeeze of the trigger fires one shot), the Multi-laser is fully automatic - it fires multiple laser beams as long as the trigger is held down. The Multi-laser can be considered to be a bigger variant of the [[Hellgun]].
