It's been a while since i've read Nemesis, but this seems a bit speculative. Can anyone remember if there is actually anything in the book suggesting the Emp contacted Horus to form a "No assassins" deal? Doesn't seem right to me. [[User:Thelemur|The Lemur]] 20:13, 14 January 2013 (CET)
