:::The Soulspear was used only at the end of the first novel when Sarpedon slayed Abraxez, as the demon himself presented the Soulspear to the Chapter Master. Before that the Souldrinkers destroyed the demon Ve'meth, but without the use of the Soulspear. The weapon was also used a second time in the second Souldrinkers novel, but i don't recall the name of the demon from that particular batttle
