Full-blown conflict between Angstrom and the Loyalists was averted thanks to the direct intervention of [[Legate-Inquisitor]] [[Jarndyce Frane]] and a line of communication remained open between the two parties, which allowed secret negotiations to occur. In 912.M41 Angstrom's aid to the Loyalist cause was confirmed, though what price was paid for this assistance has not yet been fully disclosed.{{Fn|2a}}

The aid granted to the Loyalists took two forms: firstly, a shipment of arms and munitions,{{Fn|2a}} and secondly, once the [[Siege of Badab]] was underway, the deployment of [[Legio Crucius]] [[Titans]] to crush the heavy defence points in [[Badab Primaris]]' hive cities and industrial areas.{{Fn|2b}}
