Going by this exchange, it appears that the Eleventh Legion may have been manipulated into betraying the Emperor, despite believing themselves to be loyal, and that the [[Space Wolves]] were among those who responded first to their betrayal. It also seems that the Custodes (the Ten Thousand) were involved, as Vychellan refers to it as part of their history with the Eleventh. Furthermore, it indicates that the Adeptus Custodes are still aware of privy to the Eleventh Legion's history and fate, despite them being expunged from other Imperial records.{{Fn|53}}
