==History==

During the [[Great Crusade]] and [[Horus Heresy]], the 22nd [[Chapter]] of the [[Ultramarines]] [[Legion]] was known as the '''Nemesis Chapter''', specialising in [[Exterminatus]] operations.{{Fn|4c}} The 22nd was a patchwork of specialised units, most notably maintaining two full companies of the [[Destroyer Marine|Destroyer squads]] rarely found in the other Chapters, and had a large [[Terra]]n contingent - this resulted in a culture which [[Roboute Guilliman|Guilliman]] considered too far removed from the rest of the Legion.{{Fn|5b}}
