This seems to be just [[Estaban VII]]. We know two "Deathbolts" Titan Legions, [[Legio Honorum]] and [[Legio Sagitarr]]. The former was clearly never based on Esteban VII, and the latter is allied to the forces of "Estaban". IMO, this makes it extremely likely that Estaban VII and Esteban VII are the same - the other information on both articles also fit together.
