The [[Tech-adept|adepts]] of Monsk laboured for many generations, continually cross-checking with the Martian archives and piecing the prototype ship together from tens of thousands of components. When the time came to submit the design for consideration to the [[Fabricator-General of Mars]], the omens were regarded as favourable. However, the plans for the ship [[Monsk Conspiracy|were stolen]] and never reached the Red Planet; the pattern was consequently never put into production.{{Fn|1}}
