Tormageddon Monstrum Rex is a Chaos Warship. It has often appeared in clashes with the [[Tanith First and Only]].

It served as the flagship for a flotilla which breached an imperial blockade to allow a massive chaos-invasion on Heredot. It was described as acting aggressively and flooding the communications by both electonicalls and astropathically screaming it's name.{{Fn|1}}

It shadowed The Highness Ser Armaduke, observing the 1st (and only) Tanith's landing on Salvation's reach without engaging. {{Fn|2}}

The Tormageddon Monstrum Rex provided assistance to the Imperial vessel ''The Highness Ser Armaduke'' to fight off a cannibalistic chaos boarding-attack. By this The Hightness Ser Armaduke remained preserved, with the two chaos agents (Dalin and Yoncy Criid/Kolea) on board. As a result of this, Colonel-Commissar Gaunt was again accused of being touched by the warp.{{Fn|3}}
