In 437.[[M36]], the planet was assaulted by a warband of [[Ork]]s which had been infected by [[Mortarion]] of the [[Death Guard]]. After the defending [[Adepta Sororitas]] had dealt with the bloated Orks, Mortarion led his forces in an invasion that saw the [[Fall of Sanctia|planet fall]] in twenty hours.{{Fn|2}}
