During the Heresy the Moebian Domain would remain staunchly loyal. However, in the aftermath of the [[Horus Heresy]] in M31, an interim government for the Moebian Domain was stationed on Crucis as Atoma recovered back to full production capacity. The Moebian Naval Battle Fleets were moved from [[Atoma Prime]] to '''Crucis''' during this time, as well as administrative power was willingly given back to the [[Sector Lord|Lord Moebian]] successors of [[Atoma Prime]] later on in M42. The Naval Battlefleet Depot was moved back to [[Atoma Prime]].{{Fn|2c}}
The Moebian Domain would face near catastrophe due to increasing fringe threats in M33-35. After which, Crucis would go on to be designated a [[Shrine World]] (while under in M36 during Margrave rule?)rulership of the domain.{{Fn|2d}}Crucis the assumed center of the [[Imperial Creed]] and the [[Ecclesiarchy]]'s power in the domain. Crucis and Atoma seem to work hand in hand.
