[[Chapter Master|Commander]] [[Dante]] sent the [[3rd Company (Blood Angels)|3rd]] and [[4th Company (Blood Angels)|4th Companies]] to quell the rebellion, which found the rebels heavily dug in at the planet's [[hive]] cities. Deciding that these defences were too strong to risk a frontal assault, [[Space Marine Captain|Captain]] [[Metraen]] deployed his [[Assault Squad]]s in a series of low-orbit [[Jump Pack]] assaults on the upper spires, bypassing the rebels' defence emplacements. Sandwiched between the [[Space Marines]] and their own defence batteries, the rebels quickly surrendered.{{Fn|1}}{{Fn|2}}
