In [[M42]], Solomon Akurra sought to reclaim the precious Alpha Legion artefact known as the [[Pale Spear]], which was once wielded by [[Alpharius]] himself. The spear had moved to an [[Ordo Malleus]] vault in the [[Psyphos Sub-Sector]] by command of [[Inquisitor]] [[Kayzen Hart]], in order to lure the traitor Astartes into an ambush.{{Fn|2a}} While Solomon was able to retrieve the blades of the Spear{{Fn|2b}} and use them to wrest back control of the conglomerated Alpha Legion [[Chaos Warband]]s of the [[Ultima Segmentum]], the original haft remains in Inquisitor Hart's hands.{{Fn|2c}}
