The product of the insane imaginations of grot servants and scavengers that have spent far too long under the influence of the insane genius of the [[Big Mek]]s and [[Mekboy]]z, Grot Tanks are small assault tanks made to imitate the far larger Ork vehicles.{{Fn|1}} Grot Tanks have over-build engines, allowing them to go as fast as possible.{{Fn|3}} They however have a tendency to explode{{Fn|2}} or losing useless junk while being fired upon without tanking any damage.{{Fn|3}} Grot Tanks can be armed with a [[Big Shoota]], a [[Skorcha]], a [[Grotzooka]] or a [[Kustom Mega Blasta]]. They can also have a pintle-mounted [[shoota]]. In a Grot Tank Mob, one Grot Tank can serve as Kommanda Tank, being even more overbuild and mounting two main weapons.{{Fn|23}}
