When they discovered the perpetrator was a blood-spattered [[Maleceptor]], who was stalking the survivors still found in the palace, the Scouts quickly called to their warship for reinforcements. A [[Terminator]] squad soon arrived at the palace, but the veterans found themselves outmatched and quickly killed by the Maleceptor, which became known as the [[Scourge of Cyranis]].
