In [[M42]], the transport vessel [[Naviica]] unloaded several thousand refugees from a planet belonging to [[Rogue Trader]] [[House Winterscale]]. The Order of the Hammer saw this as an invasion, however the [[von Valancius heir|new heir ]] of the Rogue Trader [[House von Valancius]] intervened and took control of Foulstone as a new colony.{{Fn|3}}
