The Order of the Hammer saw this as an invasionat first tried to offer food and water, however but the situation quickly devolved into violence with deaths on both sides. The [[von Valancius heir|new heir]] of the Rogue Trader [[House von Valancius]] intervened and took control of Foulstone as a new colony.{{Fn|3}}
