→Fringe War
On the Moebian Fringe there are war-torn [[Death world]]s{{Fn|7a}} and [[Feral World]]s where the [[Fringe War]], a war of pacification to hold back the Darktide, has been rumbling on for years.{{Fn|1}} The galactic north of the Domain is dotted with feral worlds and are the site of constant Fringe War battles to hold back the Darktide.{{Fn|3i}}
While most guardsmen serve faithfully, despite the physical and psychological trauma they face, some Moebian Lasmen are left broken by their long tours. The highly decorated and beloved [[Moebian 6th]] [[Regiment]]famed for their continual deployment to the most dangerous front-lines on the Moebian Fringe, became seduced or infected by some dark truth encountered while combating the Darktide. They have now brought the Darktide to the heart of the domain, Atoma Prime, the once home of many soldiers in the 6th. Their invasion of Tertium isn't simply for vengeance against what they endured in the Fringe War, but also to spread their liberating dark truth. In doing so, the Regiment hopes to free Atoma Prime from the chains and stagnant rubrics of Imperial rule.{{Fn|1}}
