==Trivia==
[[Sandy Mitchell]], author of the Ciaphas Cain novels, confirmed that the Reclaimers were inspired by [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wombles the Wombles], a British children's television series about creatures known for their scavenging and recycling habits. According to Mitchell, early Space Marine miniatures were jokingly referred to as "Womble Marines" by the hobby community due to their Corvus-pattern helmets, which resembled the Wombles' snouts. He painted his own miniatures in homage and later adapted this homebrew Chapter into the background of the Cain novels.{{Fn|7}}
Aside from their helms, other apparent allusions include the Reclaimers’ off-white and yellow colour scheme (reminiscent of Womble fur and snouts), and their pursuit of archeotech being analogous to the Wombles' salvaging. Sergeant Toba Morie might also be a reference to the Wombles character Tobermory.
