Changes

The most prestigious units of the [[Ultramar Auxilia]], the High Guard were used as void-defense garrisons above key worlds within [[Ultramar]]. They also acted as standard troop compliments aboard warships of the Ultramar fleet and would frequently accompany [[Ultramarines]] units in [[Expeditionary Fleet]]s during the Great Crusade. However the greatest challenge the High Guard would ever face would be to combat [[Lorgar]]'s [[Shadow Crusade]] during the [[Horus Heresy]].{{Fn|1}}
