[[Hive Secundus]] is also home to the [[Malstrain Genestealer]]s, who [[Genestealer's Kiss|infect]] Tyramites in order to bulk up the forces their [[Broodmind]] can command. This is only done in desperation, due to the Malstrains' own corruption and isolation within [[Hive Secundus]], as healthier Broodminds would not bother doing so.{{Fn|1}}
