Among its noted appearances in the Thokt Dynastic Ledger of Trespass, the ''{{PAGENAME}}'' is believed to have been behind the foundering of ''[[Strong Yoht]]'', an [[accretion-skimmer]].{{Fn|1}}
The Apophisatt would ambush the [[Thokt Dynasty]] ship known as the ''[[One Million Years]]'' while it was within a nameless blue [[star]], on a standard harvesting dive. The piratical Kin had not expected a tough target and both would come close to their end. The ''Apophisatt'' would send a single emissary, their voidship master Eynr the Obdurate, to attempt to parlay with the Necron ship's apparent leader, [[Prae]] the Unyielding. The Ironkin would offer half the contents of their hold, metallic hypermatter, mostly in crystal-sealed ingots, in exchange for allowing the two foes to go their seperate separate ways without further incident. Eynr's offer would be declined and the faceless being was swiftly killed by the [[cyptekcryptek]].{{Fn|1}}
