The star system is trinary star system, made up of three stars. The primary sun star at the center is [[Trisolian A]], a large blue-white star with a solar output many million times that of [[Sol]]. The primary star is called Trisolian A while the other two stars in the system are two tidally locked red dwarfs that orbit Trisolian A at a distance a thousand times longer than that of [[Neptune]] from the sun.{{Fn|1a}}
The star system also has four planets and is the location of the [[Trisolian Forge World]]. The Trisolian Forge World is not a traditional [[Forge World]] but is made up of the four orbital cities from each of the planets in the star system. {{Fn|1a}}
