Changes

It was written by a rules committee, nicknamed the ''High Admiralty''; a [[Games Workshop]]-sanctioned board of fans and employees who have been charged with playtesting all future development of the game, posted on either www.battlefleetgothic.com or www.specialist-games.com (both sites now nonfunctional). Notable members include [[Bob Henderson]], [[Ray Bell]] and [[Nate Montez]], as well as collaboration with [[Andy Hall]] and [[Matt Keefe]].
